Bar Midland is a bar and resturant in Castlemaine, Victoria. Founded by locals Loudon Coppeer and Alexander Marano, Bar Midland is a love letter to the state of Vicroria and stands as a blueprint for the future of sustainable dining. Our food and wine menus celebrate producers who focus on organic, bio-dynamoic and regenerate land managment. We focus directly on showcasing indingenous foods, introduced wild animals and weeds. All our food, wine and spirits are sourced, grown, and produced within the state of Victoria. Housed in the historic Midland Hotel, the handsome and intimate bar & dinining space is open Friday & Saturday evenings and Saturday lunch for our monthly changing set menu, as well as cocktails and snacks in our bar-meets-lounge - The Radio Room.
